Who is the face behind WickyWooWoo Cakes...
 

Award winning WickyWooWoo Cakes was established by Emma Wickens in 2013 and is based in Lindfield in the heart of Mid Sussex. We are passionate about designing, creating and talking about wedding and celebration cakes as well as maintaining the highest level of customer service. 

 

WickyWooWoo Cakes is a home based business in Sussex that has obtained the highest level certification through Environmental Health Organisation. We create and deliver cakes to the south East including London. 

 

We are also proud preferred suppliers to some very special Sussex, Kent and Surrey based wedding venues: Wiston House, The Alexander House Hotel, The Langshott Manor, Chafford Park, The Yoghurt Rooms, Long Furlong Barn, Brookfield Barn, The Garden Chef @ Patricks Barn and Blackstock Farm. As well as Butcherland Roasts, EPI Catering and Off The Wall Entertainment. We are also very proud to have been selected as finalist in the 2016 Wedding Industry Awards through voting from our brides and grooms as well as gaining a Bronze award at the renowend Squires Kitchen Exhibition.

 

A little about Emma: As a child I loved to study my mum's cake creations and often sat gazing through her various cake decorating books ... little did I know. Over the years I have enjoyed baking and became obsessive trying to perfect bakes. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Art and Design being a strong subject at school, I went onto study it at College. Following on to a career in various different organistaions within Human Resources, finishing in Organisational Development to raise a family.

 

Since starting my familiy I have enjoyed creating many a birthday cake for them and have become completely passionate and obsessed with design and CAKE!

 

The photo is myself with my little team of WooWoo's, Mr WWWC and the chief taste testers Master and Miss WWWC. We have fun and get spoilt with the task of tasting and developing new flavours and ingrediants. X
